Own blades<br>Together with Uhlmann Fechtsport, Max has produced his own blade. These blades are optimally balanced and light. They have been forged by BF in France.
Degenzauber<br>Max loves cheese. His long-term sponsor InterCheese AG has put a cheese of his own on the market with the "Max Heinzer - Degenzauber" cheese.
Olympia 2016<br>At the opening ceremony in Rio, Max was able to parade with the Swiss team. For the first time in 28 years the men's fencing team had managed to qualify for the Olympic Games.

From 2009 to 2016 Gianni Muzio shaped Max’s fencing career.<br>Together they achieved great successes, here as runner-up to the European title in Montreux 2015.

Honorary office<br>Max is also involved in the community, teaching children to fence. As here, as ambassador of the Laureus Foundation Switzerland.
On the lake<br>In his leisure time Max is often to be found on the Zugersee. Fishing is his favourite hobby.
Posing<br>For a second time Max has had the pleasure of posing for Nike and Swiss Olympic for the official photoshoot of the Swiss Olympic team.
Backflick<br>Max is famous for hitting his opponent in the air. His «backflick» has in the meantime acquired cult status.
